WHAT YOU NEED

Regardless of whether we train in your home, outside or in the gym at your condo or office, all you need is water, a gym/yoga mat, workout clothes, a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard.

If you happen to have cardio equipment (treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, etc), dumbbells, stability ball or anything else, that's a bonus. Rest assured that I have an entire collection of training and conditioning products and equipment that we will use. If you have a friend who you want to work out with, partner training is a lot of fun. So no excuses, let's get working.
